What is live today
The public examples are silent recordings of local prototypes replaying saved examples on synthetic data. They are not connected to client systems, do not send replies or make bookings, and do not process customer records. The website has no upload or contact form; writing to Homies Digital opens your own email app.
Commitments before a future pilot
The following are commitments for a proposed engagement, not claims that a live client system already exists. They will be confirmed in writing before work or data access begins.
- Drafts, with a person deciding. A workflow prepares drafts only. A person checks and signs off every outbound item before it is sent or acted on.
- You choose the data. Describe the workflow without sensitive details first. Homies Digital will ask for sample or redacted documents before real customer material.
- Processing is agreed first. The specific AI services that would process data, access, storage and retention are agreed in writing before any pilot begins.
- Use stays within scope. Data shared for a pilot is used only for that agreed pilot, not for another purpose.
- Deletion on request. At the end of an engagement, pilot data will be deleted on request.
Before sharing anything
Please do not send customer documents or sensitive information in an initial enquiry. First agree in writing which data may be shared and which services may process it. Questions can be sent to hello@homiesdigital.com.
